Able2Wear - Getting clothes to fit, especially trousers when you're disabled is not that easy at all... Then I found Able2Wear.  This ingenious company designs and makes clothing specifically for wheelchair users, including tailor made trousers that have a higher back, so making them sit correctly while seated.  I highly recommend them.

Active Assistance - When I got divorced and started looking for personal care, this was the company that stood out as being the most professionally run.  Since using them this view has been underlined on many occasions.

GBL Wheelchair Warehouse - A great local company near me who are very keen that you have the chair that's right for you.

Helen Baden - My great friend who has a deliciously warm, velvety voice. If you can get to see her sing live, you are in for a great nights entertainment.

Jazz Artists Direct - Jazz bands, jazz shows, solo musicians and singers for theatres, festivals, weddings and corporate functions.

London Irish Rugby Club - This the rugby club I follow, and they have in my humble opinion the best disabled access in the Guinness Premiership.

London Irish Supporters Club - The hardened fans who enjoy the CRAIC after the games, and have a great social life.

Richmond Adult Community College - This is where I have taken up Jazz Singing at the Parkshot building, just behind Richmond High Street.

Spinal Injuries Association - The UK association that gives information and help to those who have suffered a spinal injury.  They have been a great source of help to me over the years.

Stoke Mandeville Hospital - NSIC - This is the hospital I went to after my accident, and things have improved greatly since my times there.

Zena James - Great jazz singer and friend, check her website out to find out when next she is giging.
